Biliti Electric, the world's fastest-growing EV manufacturer, has entered the U.S. market with the GMW Taskman, a three-wheeled electric tuk tuk.

The company recently made its debut in the United States at the LA Auto Show, where it displayed its powerful new electric three-wheeler, which is supported by novel battery charging options.

According to a company release, Biliti, known for addressing last-mile delivery challenges, has a certified range of 110 miles (177 km) and can carry payloads of up to 1,500 lb.

The company's entry has led to significant advancements in vehicle technology. In addition to introducing the smart swappable battery system, which enables users to quickly swap out batteries with a simple slide, it has also reduced the time batteries need to charge when they are low.

When you run out of charge, the company's mobile app will point you in the direction of the closest swap stations. It takes less than a minute to swap, and get going.

The Taskman has a top speed of 25 mph and a 4.5 kW engine. It is currently used commercially in over 15 countries by major retailers such as Walmart, Ikea, and Amazon, among others.
